Our meals have an average shelf life of seven days in the fridge. We recommend eating any meals containing fish within the first five days. Some meals and snacks have a longer shelf life. Always check the Use By date before consumption.
Yes, as stated on our packaging, some meals can be frozen and will last for up to three weeks before they start to lose flavour. We recommend against freezing fish or salad meals.
Our meals are packed and portioned according to weight, which means the quantity/pieces may vary to the images.
Note: Ingredients subject to seasonal change and availability.
Remove seal and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. If a microwave is unavailable, you can reheat your meals by using an oven or saucepan.
Note: Please remove your meal from the Earth Meals packaging prior to putting meal in oven or saucepan.
Orders close at 11am Monday and are delivered on Friday of the same week.
Orders received after 11am Monday will be delivered the following Friday.

We deliver within Melbourne Metro area. Please refer to the delivery info page for the most up-to date information on our areas.
Delivery is a flat rate of $12.50.
All orders are to be completed before Monday 11:00am each week.
We deliver between 8am and 6pm, every Friday by refrigerated courier.
Not at all. Most customers are not home to accept delivery. Your delivery will be left at the front door unless you have provided specific instructions.
Your meals are delivered fresh by refrigerated courier in insulated boxes with ice packs and can be left in a safe location for up to 8 hours.
Note: This recommended time frame is weather dependent and will decrease in warmer weather. Please ensure you refrigerate your items as soon as possible.
